Sergio Episcopo is an entrepreneur at heart with an eye for opportunity. His sales and business background has instilled in him the tools and knowledge to be successful in real estate, and to ensure the ultimate value for his clients. Backed by strong market expertise and a large network in the real estate community, Sergio is driven to find clients exactly what they want in a home and investment, while making his mark on the ever-evolving real estate industry. He specializes in luxury sales, rentals and investment/development projects with a focus on condominiums; yet his true dedication lies in building relationships, accurately assessing clients’ needs, and achieving their full satisfaction. Sergio’s superior work ethic, charismatic personality and keen communication skills are second to none. He is a natural leader/advisor who honed the arts of customer service and negotiating in his previous career.
Sergio owned and operated a custom meal plan catering company in Florida, then served as Senior Capital Specialist for a private lender handling business loans and origination in NYC before venturing into real estate. Born and raised in Palm Beach, FL, Sergio graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor degree in Business Management, and studied abroad in Florence, Italy where he fell in love with architecture and building design. He lives on the Lower East Side, and has also called Williamsburg and Kips Bay home. Sergio has a deep passion for food and culture which he fuels with domestic and international travel, plus likes exploring new restaurants within the five boroughs. As a dog lover, he also enjoys spending time in the NYC parks with his canine companion.
