Alyssa Knowlton relocated to New York City from Southern California in 2016 to pursue an opportunity with her previous fashion industry employer. Her 15 years of fashion sales experience has been helpful with real estate in that she has a creative eye for space and design, and understands that the ultimate goal of the transaction is the satisfaction of her clients. She discovered her true passion for real estate when she purchased her own home and became immersed in the process. She gained an understanding of what qualities a buyer and seller need in an agent and it is her goal to deliver that to each of her clients. She has a positive and enthusiastic personality and is motivated by her strong work ethic.

Alyssa lives in New York City. Her favorite pastime is learning about the city by strolling through neighborhoods to discover its hidden gems and understanding its unique history. Alyssa enjoys cooking, sharing a good meal with family and friends, attending the theatre, and doting on her toy poodle, Sophie.
