Danielle leverages her experience working at a law firm and later a NYC commercial property management firm, where she developed her exceptional organizational skills. Her proactive nature and unwavering reliability enable her to uphold the highest standards of service for clientele.
 
Since joining Corcoran in 2020, she has gained valuable experience and skills working with both buyers, sellers and developers. The King-Brown Team are new development experts and Danielle has been intricately involved in all sales and marketing efforts at these projects, including over $175M+ at the Ralph Walker conversion One Hundred Barclay and ongoing sales at The Bryant, the first residential condominium designed by David Chipperfield. Danielle loves selling architecturally significant homes and revels in the historical richness of New York City real estate.
 
Having been a resident of New York City since 2018, Danielle fully embraces the vibrant lifestyle Manhattan offers. She enjoys exploring the city's top new restaurants, strolling along the West Side Highway, and reading in quaint coffee shops. Currently residing in Flatiron, Danielle plans to call NYC her forever home. Her integral contributions on The King-Brown Team have helped propel the team to rank within the top 20 Small Teams by Volume in Manhattan by Real Trends.
