She has represented many top developers in marquee projects including sales over $150M at the Ralph Walker conversion One Hundred Barclay, $50M at the Rosario Candela conversion 12 E88th St, over $75M at 40 Broad St, and many more. Her resale track record ranges from studio apartments to Trophy Townhouse transactions throughout Manhattan.

A Lower Manhattan resident with an extensive luxury track record, Tara loves all aspects and areas of New York City. She has a keen interest in architecture, NYC history, international travel, interior design and charity work; she has served on the Junior Board of Breaking Ground since 2018, an organization committed to housing homeless New Yorkers.
